HLVd/Fusarium/Pythium Panel

Description

3R Europe offers a TaqMan RT-PCR assay for the detection of Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Fusarium sp. (Fusarium), and Pythium sp. (Pythium) in plant root tissue. The assay is a multiplexed RT-PCR whereby more than one target is detected in the same reaction. Multiplexing allows us to detect three different pathogen genomes while simultaneously detecting an internal target plant RNA to confirm the integrity of the sample and PCR reaction.
